Relationship with Prince Andrew

Caroline Stanbury once dated the controversial Prince Andrew. After his divorce from Sarah Ferguson, Duchess of York in 2000, Stanbury and Andrew were in a relationship, despite their age difference. The 40-year-old British prince at that time took twenty-something Stanbury to a gala in Martha's Vineyard hosted by Bill and Hillary Clinton. However, the royal relationship didn't last because of the pressure from media spotlight. But the most awkward detail of this relationship was that Caroline's mother Elizabeth was an old friend of the second wife of the Duchess of York’s father, Major Ron Ferguson.
